its a great moment, dont get me wrong, but can someone explain to me why so many people have constant surveillance inside their homes?

Could be a security camera to identify robbers. Could be a pet camera to check on pets. Could be a nursery camera to keep an eye on an autistic son while you wash dishes. I have 4 outside and 3 inside cameras recording 24 hours a day. Because I travel a lot and want to keep an eye on my property.
