nah. foliage changes indicate otherwise.

Inclined to agree with comments mentioning that they know they're being filmed/watched though.

Went back and rewatched after this comment. That's some dedication to change their neighbors lights, rearrange the flower pots, knock flower pots over, etc. LOL. Lots of little changes between the clips.
