Nostalgia overload. I get the same feeling playing and hearing Sonic 2 on Sega Genesis.

If I hear the opening “Seeeegggggggaaaaaa” from the original Sonic game, it’s just a rush of childhood memories for me.

We didn’t have a Sega until after it had been out for some time but the kid who lived next door to my grandparents got one for Christmas that year so I’d watch him play and then we would take turns. Ahhh! Such a good time!

My Sega was a Christmas gift too. Still listen to the soundtrack from time to time :)
