From the website: Time-based Competition Quests｜MONSTER HUNTER WILDS｜CAPCOM

•  All Time-based Competition Quests may be available again at a later time, and their rewards for participation, Completion Time, and rankings may be obtainable through other means.
• Time-based Competition Quests will go through three phases. First, the quest will be available to play. Then, your ranking will be calculated. Finally, the results will announced and rewards will be distributed.
• Rewards will be distributed after rankings are finalized, which is expected to happen one to three weeks after a quest has ended. Stay up to date with the latest information on official media channels.
