Zenith Thunderblight. Doesn't seem to do anything at first.

The next hit from a thunder-element attack, no matter how small, causes your hunter to have a heart attack and die.

Frontier was fucking brutal. You are not the Hero, you are the common person trying to fight godlike beings, with predictable results.
