I went there two times today, several hours apart, there's no items. And I watched the video to know what to look for but there's just nothing.

I don't know what the prerequisite is but there has to be conditions for it to give items.

Turn right once you enter the hub. Follow the path through the stone arc, then turn around. There are some vines in the wall to the right behind you. From there on, look for the Wyvern coin and explore a bit.. :)

It's somewhere in the Gathering Hub, clearly I missed it and must enact penance.

Edit: it's to the right from the main entrance, head into the cliffs and climb the vines, look for a path behind one of the two waterfalls and chungus birb is chilling.

As you enter the hub, turn right. There's some bits to climb up. Just keep exploring around that area, you'll find it eventually :) Keep checking the minimap, it'll show roughly where it is.
