They say no JRPG is complete without a user-made spreadsheet. I searched and couldn't find any damage calculators so I made a very basic one for comparing skill damage increases. I make no promises that any of the formula are actually correct. Most of the info is taken from this reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/MonsterHunter/comments/4uqood/psa_attack_buff_stacking_list_for_mhgenerations/

Affinity Oil? Does it stack with things?

An item for Guild style SnS, it should stack with other affinity skills.

All SnS styles, but, sweet baby jesus, that's great. That means a possible 210% more affinity is floating out there to be taken.

I mean, you probably can't get Crit Eye+3, Weakness Exploit, Latent Power +2, AND Repear Offender... But I'd sure like to see what the crits would be like if you could.

Surely Affinity is useless beyond 100%?

Affinity represents your chance to crit. At 100%, you're critting 100% of the time. Getting any more than that would do nothing.

But at 210% you're critting in another dimension, too.

Plesioth-Hips level crits.

Finding errors. Latent Power is the active skill name. Latent Power +1 and Latent Power +2. Gloves Off is the skill point name. 10 for +1, 15 for +2, while you have +10 and +20.

Also, I see a lack of Critical Boost. 10 points in Critical Up gives Critical Boost, and that turns crits from x1.25 to x1.4

I fixed the skill, I'm looking into ways of adding Critical Boost to the calculations. Edit: Done, I just added a new column.
