Getting "Ratio'ed" is when person A posts something, and person B responds to it, but person B gets far more likes/upvotes/thumbs/whatever than person A did. In this case person A got 1.2k and person B got 123.8k, 100x as many. Edit: Woops. 20k likes, so still a high number.

Yeah, the person below me is correct. I was being too quick and made that mistake.
