Getting "Ratio'ed" is when person A posts something, and person B responds to it, but person B gets far more likes/upvotes/thumbs/whatever than person A did. In this case person A got 1.2k and person B got 123.8k, 100x as many. Edit: Woops. 20k likes, so still a high number.

Not quite. Getting "ratio'ed" means that a post has far more comments on it than likes.

This is what the term meant when it was first being used. I think a lot of people have lost that context though.
