I’d say that’s appropriate because RFK has the mind of a child, but that’s really insulting to children.
It’s because these people all know each other and are friends behind closed doors. It’s all a game, and you are the one being played, thinking one side actually cares about you.
Besides the fact that the "enlightened centrism" position is bullshit, using cynicism to gain a fictional intellectual high ground (and missing the fact that "not great" and absolutely disastrous are not equivalent), there's even more things wrong with your comment.
One side
And which side is Bernie Sanders on? Because if you had any clue you'd know he's an independent senator, not affiliated with either party. He has plenty of disagreements with the Democratic establishment, but unlike you, he knows that preventing a much bigger evil from controlling the country is worth some degree of compromise.
