Food banks keep seniors alive. This is the whole population in some way or another.

The Republicans don't need to pander to the Boomers anymore, they finally got a newer crop of cultists who can't even read let alone critically think.

This is true, but I think the sad reality is that those numbers are few and far between. It's always a case of someone who "escaped" their small, close-minded, conservative town, and really not the norm. Their brothers and sisters stayed, and perpetuated the cycle.

Whereas, many people become more conservative as they get older because they become more close-minded, fearful, and unable/unwilling to accept change. All that "This generation" bullshit stems from that.
