If someone told me their name was Boebert, I'd never take them seriously. It seems like a mean nickname friends would give to someone who was dumb.

Take every dumbass redneck cliche you can think of, and there's a good chance you're picturing him pretty accurately. And if not, you're probably picturing his best friend.

It's not name calling. It's factual. She's dumb. She knows next to nothing about the world and she doesn't have the intellectual curiosity to try to change that. She is a dumb individual.

Which is usually fine, but she's also an asshole. Dumb AND an asshole is no way to go through life.
