People have tried to blame the drop in the lack of 'migrant workers' going to China, but there aren't anywhere near the numbers needed to explain the drop off. The numbers of subscriptions is steady, and then 21 million are just cancelled for seemingly no reason.
If you have a phone for your child to keep in contact while they go to school, but then they stop going to school, why would you continue paying for mobile data?
If you have a work phone and a private phone, and no longer need to go to work, why pay for the extra mobile data? If you're a boss that pays for mobile data plans for your employees, why would you pay for that extra mobile data?
If you are a migrant worker that can't travel to work, why would you pay for mobile data?
