The niqabi is either boiling hot or the drag queen is freezing.

Edit: to clarify I am talking about the jacket the niqabi is wearing, not the niqab itself.

No way is the drag queen freezing. She's wearing flesh-toned leggings, probably very thick ones lined with fleece, like what ice skaters wear, plus a sensible leather jacket.

They are absolutely not wearing leggings, just hose. You can tell looking at the definition on the ankles and knees.

You can even see the control top at the upper thighs.
