No way is the drag queen freezing. She's wearing flesh-toned leggings, probably very thick ones lined with fleece, like what ice skaters wear, plus a sensible leather jacket.
She's also wearing butt pads which are foam rubber, about a pound of make up, and if those tights aren't fleece lined, she's probably wearing like 5 pairs.
Oh, and the cinch (corset) which can be surprisingly warm if made from the right material.

The niqabi is either boiling hot or the drag queen is freezing.
Edit: to clarify I am talking about the jacket the niqabi is wearing, not the niqab itself.
