Advice Request I need to stop
I literally can’t seem to stop.
I try for about 2-3 days and when I see any graphic content I just want to give in. Then I’m back to square one and I feel like I can try again now it’s out of my system then it’s the same cycle.

Do productive things, have a purpose so that you don't have time to be slacking off. Try fasting if it helps you. Be on wudu. Read the Quran. Pray. Make a lot of salawat. Don't be alone in your room. If you happen to be by yourself then play the Quran.
Most important is to marry. You are at the perfect age to marry and make children and leave a legacy behind. You can't enjoy real sex if all you do is cucking with others doing it and watching their pixels on a screen.
May Allah Subhana wa Ta'ala give you the highest success Inn shaa Allah.

If you truly didn't want to fap you wouldn't. Everyone is where they are in life because of what they truly feel comfortable with. If you truly didn't want to fap then you would read books on the danger of porn and masturbation. You would learn from others who succeeded on no fap. You would do other productive things. You would celebrate your successes no matter how small they are. Just remember that Allah (Subhana wa Ta'ala) is the most forgiving and that He would gets happy when you come back to him. The worst people in history destroyed themselves by getting used to doing haram. They ended up in the garbage of history. May Allah (Subhana wa Ta'ala) not make us among the people of haram and instead Inn shaa Allah become the successful halal servants with the highest success.

Asslamu alaikum I have some advice for you from someone who is a year over no fap. I recite Quran outside of salah. In the morning after fajr I recite ayatul kursi, al ihklass, al falaq, an nass. At night before I sleep recite the last two ayat of surah al baqarah. And throughout the day I recite about 10 minutes of surah al baqarah. Also recite al Fatiha outside of salah when you feel urges because it is known as the greatest surah in the Quran. I pray all my salah on time and I fast outside of Ramadan every Monday and Thursday like the prophet saw. This helped me.

I’d suggest reaching out to someone to be your accountability partner. Someone who can talk you out of acting on your impulses and your urges. Someone you can rant to and be open about your struggles to. Someone you need to be accountable to if you relapse.
May Allah help you sister.
