Which kicker will come off the board first and in what round?

I’ve seen a lot of links between the Panthers and Miami Kicker, but I’m not sure spending a pick on a kicker is worth it rn?

How would you guys rank the last 3 seasons top OT prospects? Joe Alt is the clear cut OT#1?

Just using the guys that have/are expected to be top 20 picks:

  1. Joe Alt

  2. Tauliese Fuaga

  3. Amarius Mims

  4. Troy Fautanu

  5. Olu Fashanu

  6. Darnell Wright

  7. JC Latham

  8. Armand Membou

  9. Paris Johnson

  10. Broderick Jones

Guys I project(ed) to be interior: Peter Skoronski, Will Campbell, Josh Simmons, Kelvin Banks.

My list:

Alt, Membou, Paris Johnson, Olu, Darnell Wright, Fuaga, Simmons, Banks, Mims, Latham

I don’t rank Campbell as an OT

Membou that high and Latham that low is crazy

I was pretty low on Latham vs consensus. That isn’t my flavor of OT but I can see why others might love his play style

People forget that Latham was seen as a mid to late first guy until days before the draft, when he suddenly started getting mocked as a top-10 pick because the media got intel that teams were a lot higher on him than they were.

Membou should not be that high

If we take 22 as well, would Evan Neal be #1?

Not for me he wouldn't have been, but then I was really, really low on him.

Alas I was also sky high on Charles Cross so it kind of cancels out. At least that last one still has a little bit of a chance though.

Does that exclude the 2021 draft with Penei Sewell?

Yes Joe Alt is the clear cut OT1 100%.

Yeah, I’m taking 23, 24 and 25 class into count But the question would be better like this. If we count 22 as well, as a prospect, Evan Neal would be the clear #1?

As much as I liked Evan Neal coming out and am still flabbergasted and shocked that he busted hard, I wouldn’t take him over Joe Alt even strictly as a PROSPECT.

McShay’s show seemed very unimpressed with Sheduer’s pro day. I’ve watched every throw from it now and agree. I will say it was much better than both Ward’s and Ewers’s pro days. The biggest issue is that ball pat. It takes too long for him to drop back and get the ball out as it is, the hitch just compounds it. I also hated the throw types. He threw a few deep ones and then didn’t the rest of the day. It was very clear what they wanted to do yesterday was come away with the best completion percentage possible. A whole bunch of 5 yard tosses to stationary receivers. Really just not helpful. Anyone can do that. McShay’s show made a point of the lack of deep throws could be because he doesn’t have the endurance or arm to chuck it consistently. Dart’s pro days was back to back to back sets just chucking it. Showed off the velocity, throws on the run, snaps under center, hitting guys on intermediate and deep routes. He even did some across the body throws and one leg deep tosses. I understand pro days don’t mean much, but Shedeur did absolutely nothing to calm any concerns that maybe he’s not as good as people think.
