Everyone knows those teams are most definitely the two worst teams of all time, but what about the teams with just 1 or 2 wins? Where do they rank?

Might be a stupid question but was just wondering because NFC and AFC south are the two joke divisions at the moment and even historically. It can’t be that no one wants to play in warm weather, or that football is more popping up north most successful college teams are from the south. But like, Texans, Jaguars, Titans, Panthers, Falcons, with Saints, Colts, and Bucs having chips but historically not that much better.
