Steelcase Leap v2 - first time ordering from madisonseating, my experience

I've been using the same chair I took home from work when they shut for covid, plus a couple years before then, so call it ~7 years or so. It wasn't a $150 Costco gaming chair but it also wasn't a Herman Miller/Steelcase anything.
I did something to my back about 10 days ago and decided to bite the bullet - after reading up (and I read up a lot!) I ordered a Leap v2 from madisonseating; I decided I could afford to risk $350.
I tried to hedge my luck by going with fabric (I'm not doing leather in the summers I have and used leather just sounds ick) and a not-rare but not super common color, indigo, in an attempt to try to get something as close to new as possible.

They took ~7 days to contact me at all (which was worrying) and the entire contact was a tracking number. Three days later it showed up, it had shipped from New Jersey.

It was three pieces - caster base, air cylinder thing, and the chair body, and while it's not new, it really has been barely used, if at all. I found one tiny scuff on the side of the body and you can tell the casters have touched the ground at least once, but that's it. I think I totally lucked out.

Here's the chair put together and in place:

If you look closely you can see some indents on the arm pad on the right, it was how they had packed it in the box and they are already gone. Anyhow, that's my experience. This concludes my TED talk!

Good! My only issue is after a couple hours in it, I am realizing how much my butt and my old chair had grown accustomed to each other :/
