Squishy moderate-use office chair? (UK)

Quality ergonomic chairs are usually very firm on the seat, to support the back etc over long periods. But I want a chair that is more plush/squishy/soft on the seat, to help spread out the weight more effectively, for improved circulation through avoiding pressure points on the bum and thighs.

A back-only-recline would be nice (but without the seat tilting up as that puts pressure on thighs).

I'm female 5'10" and 145lb so tall-ish and slim-ish for a woman but not for office chairs (which are often designed mostly with men in mind!!). I sit 3-4 hours/day, lots of breaks, standing some of the time with a standing desk. I had a DVT in my leg, hence importance of blood flow. Yes I'm doing all the other things like pilates, staying hydrated etc

I'm UK-based but many brands are international so throw 'em this way and I'll do some research to see which ones I can get hold of here 🙂

Must be under £500 or $US650. Extra points for under £300!

TIA!

Those are all very expensive chairs. I don't doubt the £1k+ chair sellers have options like thicker cushions, not in my price range.
