I will never understand why black cats linger in shelters. They are such affectionate, loyal and beautiful cats.

I saw some article about this a few years back about how people will skip out on them because they “aren’t as photographic” for their dumb instagram posts and things like that

Black cats are the best! Mine is 14 and the smartest cat I have ever known.
