Sharing a Win - Supportive vibes only April is PMDD Awareness Month.
I didn’t think a lot of people knew about this, much less enough people to have a month dedicated towards it, but it seems like a win.

Feels somehow appropriate that awareness month for PMDD starts on April Fool’s Day.

I’m pretty sure the overwhelming majority of truly foolish stuff I’ve done in my life was done sometime in the week before my period.

April is my birth month
Turquoise & teal are two of my favorite colors
I love the color black as well
I’m currently ovulating right now & it’s so painful
my heart is with all of us suffering 🫶🏼

Fuck I didnt know how much I needed to see this being 3 days late on my period and riding this luteal phase.
At first glance, I guessed black represented the emotions we feel and I was right.
We are not alone ladies.
I hope yall have an amazing month and that this month’s luteal phase is the least overwhelming for everyone 💙

Thanks for sharing this. I’ve been getting my period every month around the 14/15th. It’s of course two weeks exactly ahead and I’m already feeling the beginning of symptoms. Anyways, I’ve been feeling kind of down and alone (about everything) today … and just something about this post made me feel a little less alone. So again just thanks for sharing it.
Sending out a hug to anyone that may need one today 💜

This is a really special month for us with PMDD and for those with Autism. April is not only PMDD awareness month, it is also Autism awareness month. This is a very significant month for me because I have both Autism and PMDD.
