Someone on TikTok said to eat pickles before bed. I’ve only done it twice. One time it worked one time it didn’t. 🤷🏽‍♀️

Both hilarious and great stuff! I have this problem in luteal too!! I’m going through the list with my “wake up disgusting mind” going great, yep, gonna try that….but when I think with my “BEFORE I go to sleep mind” I have Raynard’s and I’m cringing. I’m beyond freezing before I get in the bed, and wake up a swamp monster. So I go to bed in layers and wake up naked. 🤦🏼‍♀️

If you have night sweats then spray magnesium on the bottom of your feet. It will stop it/reduce significantly the amount so that you sleep through the night. Also Black Cohosh eliminates it.

Have also found out that sugar gives me night sweats like crazy on top of the regular hormone weirdness. I’ve beem trying to cut it out by like 830 but that has only marginally helped. I will continue to select the “why me” option 🥲

Wait no do a hot shower not cold!! Your body will work to cool down after. If you do cold it will work to heat up!

Ah I’ve heard that too! I think it depends on what your body’s dealing with—like for hormone or med-related night sweats, a hot shower can actually raise core temp too much right before bed and make the sweating worse. A cooler (not cold) shower helps some people ease into sleep without triggering the body’s need to overcorrect either way. Kinda interesting how different tricks work for different folks though!

Ahh yeah, I’ve heard it doesn’t work well for everyone! Bodies can be so weirdly specific sometimes. I’m trying a few different things and seeing what sticks, but I totally get that some supplements just don’t vibe right. I've taken magnesium supplements that gave me the poops so I totally get it. I'm just throwing stuff out there that might help 😅
