I have struggled with sleep recently, probably because seasonal allergies have begun. Luteal started a couple days ago and shockingly, I spent one night lying in bed until dawn, when I was finally able to sleep.
How much water are you drinking? Even a sedentary adult needs around three liters per day, and that increases with physical activity. Exercise helps regulate many of our bodies' systems, reduces inflammation, and promotes healthy sleep.
If you think you might suffer from histamine intolerance, check your copper level. Copper deficiency can cause histamine intolerance.
I have found that my sleep issues are directly related to bodywide inflammation (heightened by my pollen allergy / histamine intolerance). If this sounds like a possibility for you, consider including herbs like turmeric and ginger root in your diet. I use both in the form of tea when I don't feel like cooking with them.

i feel this! i just developed pms insomnia a few months ago. i eat well, workout regularly, and have good “sleep hygiene”. after trying magnesium, cbd gummies, and melatonin, i told my doctor about it and she prescribed me with an antihistamine. works like a charm, only downside is feeling extremely drowsy the next morning. luckily its only a few days out of the month.
