The way he was beaten was

"He was eventually stopped when Coagula, who was wearing a frog mask due to not having a costume when she came across his crime spree, got him to lower his guard and used her powers to dissolve his codpiece multi-weapon."

Can't say I've heard of head injury theater i vaguely remember looking at a list of weird lesser know and forgotten DC villians I think i was playing DC universe online at the time which probably prompted me to look that up
