I genuinely thought I'd never complete this difficulty, especially with a pokemon team of pokemon that id argue isnt very ideal and takes skill to use but I kept them because ive had them since a low level(and Ive never used them in any other game)

BUT OMGGG THE FACT I BEAT THAT I BEAT THIS GAME WITH MY MASSIVE GINOURMUS BRAIN THAT DIDN'T NEED LEGENDARIES IS CRAZYY AAA and also not very many op pokemon cuz I don't like using op pokemon

My all time favorite and I just accidentally found him. Homegirl said "I have three unova pokemon" i almost threw my phone. On that note, would oshawott line be a viable water type to carry me to endgame? Kinda overwhelmed by the sheer amount of pokemon here.

Okay so back to Mel, believe it or not this actually only took me 3 attempts, and this wasn't even suppose to be the winning run, I was just do some trial/experimental runs as usual to test out the ai, but on the first two attempts ai completely reacts in a way that I did not expect at all, so on the 3rd attempt I tried to react accordingly and see what happens, and before I know it, type:null is the only one left and I'm like: "Damn bruh, are we really doing this rn?!" and I won, just like that. Everything that happened after swellow died is pure "uncharted territory" for me and I was reacting according to my instincts without any plan whatsoever (other than me bullying type:null haha), so I was kinda nervous for the most part.

I still remember about a year ago when I played this game for the first time (casual playthrough, difficult difficulty), I had zero interest and knowledge in competitive pokemon, so the only way I beat Mel is just spamming revives and full restores and I kept complaining that this game is too hard lol. But today, I finally got my revenge, and even by doing a challenge run like this, finally showed this cowboy what I've truly become.

Planning to record the next Marlon fight and Successor Maxima. Marlon seems easy but Maxima's team seems like so much pain, so I might need more time to come up with an actual strategy...

Bit of a weird question but considering that Aros was the champion what do you reckon his team would be? I feel like he would have had a blastoise as his starter and I cannot explain why it just seems right.

Wasn’t completely thrilled with this team, with hoopa especially who is too slow and frail but I look forward to experimenting in the post game. But overall, what an achievement, genuinely the best pokemon experience out there

This was the hardest fight I’ve had to deal with, even harder than Mel with the weight gimmick. Poliwrath was absolutely crucial again, hypnosis helped so much and so many switch ins between each. Gyarados was a good wall also, but this one gave me a ton of stress 😄

I am about to start insane mode as I've just cleared expert mode. I am aware that in insane mode you're not allowed use items at all, as in potions and revives, etc. So I was just wandering does anyone have any suggestions on what pokémon to carry over with new game + and/or any items to make insane mode a little bit easier? I already have all the key items aswell as sandbox mode unlocked.

Any ideas are welcome? I imagine something like toxapex with Regenerator Ability would be useful as no potions are allowed..

I’m starting unbound for the first time and I want to be able to get my starter shiny (metagross) but every cheat I have tired has either reset my game or completely erased the save file

playing on vanilla, beat the 8th gym and i don't remember benjamin saying anything about what level pokémon will obey you at with the time badge. is there no longer a level cap at all now just like other games? i'm kinda assuming so but i can't tell and looking it up yields no helpful results ;;

First,I want to thanks ppl who created this masterpiece of a game ... Some ppl might find the title a bit exagerated, but it has a reason .In the last E4 against her m-junko my m-garchomp tanked a dragon breath at 6hp and finished it....it was my final pokemon in my team... And then the semi-champion jax.....every pokemon played a rôle and get at least 1 kill in each side ....and the craziest thing is that he always start with his ace pokemon m-salamence but my volcarona used hypnosis so he obligatory take it back ,and then when he came again..it was my m-garchomp who welcome him but he was strong he wake up and used hyper voice to kill dusknoir and make my mega at 14 hp since he got his spe defence lowered ,but my ace pokemon tanked and attack with all he got with dragon rush and end my career as a trainer and start my borrius champion life . P.S: I swear I did my run with difficult mode ,it just when I start the game I wasn't aware of mode changing so when I start searching in the game settings for frame change I find it by accident.

after sinking 500 hours into the main game i’ve been having a lot of fun with the battle frontier demo lately… the function where you can just purchase any pokemon for BP is awesome - however does anyone know if there’s a way to get the therian forme of landorus in the frontier demo? every time i go to purchase it it comes up with the incarnate forme. any ideas?

They were all challenging and forced me to switch my strategy with each fight but the absolute hardest most difficult fight for me was the dragon type E4 member SHE WAS SO HARD LIKEEEE AAAAAA I CANT BELIEVE I EVEN MANAGED TO BEAT HERRR

So I just spent some time getting a Male Kirlia with the right nature, stats, and Telepathy, evolved it and got Justified instead of Moxie. Doesn't the Hidden Ability give you Moxie on evolving?

dude i killed suicune，how do i respawn it？

I was doing some raids and out of nowhere this happened. Has this ever happened to you? It seems too "well done" to simply be a bug. When I interacted, it just opened the normal raids tab.

On Difficult right now, pre-Polder gym, and just getting bodied up here.

I'm trying variations of Machamp, Aegislash, Incineroar, Ninetails Alola (for the follow-up battle to Aurora Veil), Umbreon...should i bring another SpDef Wall? His double attacks, coverage, and walling is absolutely wiping the floor with me. Anyone else banging their heads against the wall trying to figure this out before post-game?
