Nah I think I hear quite a few familiar phonemes and I'm very American lol
Musk has a weird, affected American nasal sound and RFK sounds like if an 80 year old New England man with dementia were being perpetually run over by a jackhammer but not quite bothered by it.

nah -- SNL prefers mike meyers doing his usual unprepared fake-cockney-on-speed nothing-at-all-like-elon-musk shtick that nobody can criticize because he is a temperamental star genius, and they are afraid to be non-pc by mocking RFK's vocal cord spasm condition -- even though he exploits it to conceal his arrogance and aggressive stupidity and deep conman dishonesty . . .

Nobody is mocking them for their disorders. They are just abhorrent assholes that are being made fun of, who happen to have disorders.
