His first day in office he was literally willy nilly signing shit while asking his henchmen what exactly it was he was signing. The auto pen thing is a particularly dumb fuck argument even by his standards.

Approximately half of the US already reads below a 6th grade level, it's largely why we're in this situation

Well, one of his professors at Wharton did say that Trump was "the dumbest goddamned student I've ever had."

I see nothing that contradicts this statement.
