Dude has .what? 13 kids? and only seems to ever acknowledge the one that didn't turn out the way he designed them to be (he used Crispr to "engineer" his children) and the one he flaunts for attention .. why isn't he this involved with the other 11?

That's not true, mate. He used in vitro fertilization, and then only selected the XY embryos to be implanted into the mother's uterus.

He only really acknowledges the one that didn't turn out the way he wanted because he's mad when the product he paid for isn't what he was expecting. That's all his children are to him, products that he bought and paid for. They aren't individuals with their own identity or anything separate from him in his mind. That's why Vivian expressing feminine traits as a child and coming out as transgender completely broke him, he wants only male children (he's sexist and misogynistic) so her being a woman is the opposite of what he paid for.

Vivian and Griffin were the two eldest surviving and you know how Narcissists want their eldest child to inherit the kingdom? This is in his face.

And he's as mature as a child and can't handle it.
