Stop buying into the liberal propaganda BS on reddit and try to research unbiased news. I'm not MAGA or a Trumper but I think we need a big change in government. Maybe r/liberal is best for you.

And what liberal propaganda would that be. Everything that I believe about those individuals came out of their own mouths. Is this the spot where I’m supposed to believe what they tell me and not what I see or hear? I’m not a sheep, are you?

Please show me the quote where someone said they were getting rid of Special Ed services. If you would read the bill it is just getting transferred to another department.

They’ve cut contracts worth $900 million that focuses on special ed research. I couldn’t find anyplace saying they transferred money. Maybe you can share. My source was Wikipedia.

That doesn't mean the programs will be gotten rid of. It means they're adjusting the free spending bullshit that's been going on. LOL @ Wiki as source.
Of that $900m, can you point to HOW MUCH of it went to Special Ed research? Prob not.
DOE is a failure. Look at schools. Get rid of the middle-man who is stealing the money, send the money to states themselves.
Look at it like this.
$900m starts at Point A, is sent to Point B, where it suddenly becomes $400m and then sent to Point C.
Where did the $500m go? why can't it go from $900m at Point A to $900m at Point C?
(#'s are just for example)
Y'all act like the government doesn't have a financial problem, a spending problem, and a fraud problem when it comes to funds and tax dollars.

I totally agree the government has a wasting $ problem. I happen to disagree on methodology of how they are going about finding it. I also have a problem with the reason. Instead of passing those savings on to the average person this is all being done to pay for another huge tax cut for the very wealthy.

You're obviously a TDS infested Karen.

u/phixitup Feb 14 '25
How so? Because I want competent people heading up key cabinet positions? Do you throw slurs and accusations around just because you disagree with someone? Please defend the words that came out of their mouths. I’ll wait.

the wild thing is, Everyone told RFK don’t do it. Don’t Trust Trump. no contract, no signatures. just 2 men, a handshake and their word.
RFK brought the crunchy granola moms, Trump kept his word. All Kamala had to do was give lip service and yes him to death and have him speak at convention.
MAHA!!! Now bring on the covid tribunals. get ready kids… it’s about to get wild

All the Hell the Senate puts these people through, just so they can have sound bytes of themselves trying to sound important. It's sad.

He’s been knocking them out left and right, this cabinet is going to REALLY MAGA!!! Live thes picks and cabinet and what he’s doing, but Trump isn’t done yet. He’s been in office less than a month, imagine what happens in four years.

It’s crazy we are all so excited about a democrat, but I really like the guy.

u/802Ghost Feb 15 '25
I like that he doesn't want to go on a banning spree of things like diet coke, big macs, etc - that's our right to choose. But I do like that he wants the people to be informed of what they're consuming and make their choices. If most of these people knew more, they'd prob be in a better position health-wise. Knowledge is power.
I do hope he continues on that path.

Same! I also like that he is pushing for healthy ingredients. There is no reason our food should be different than Canada and Europe. I don’t know how it’s a “cost saving measure” more like “way to get people addicted measure”

I like his views on certain things...but I just can't get over him saying that "climate deniers" need to be jailed..... not a very Conservative or sane stance.
