No. The states can manage their own schools.

True but the DemonRat states will go full power trip like this teacher. I definitely agree that the DOE should get shut down. But I believe the federal government should have some oversight on all states education departments. Because blue states will go full Nazi if they go unchecked

Let them. That's on them. Oversight is unnecessary, and if/when the dems regain control of the federal government, it can be used to override what red states are doing. Federal government doesn't need fuck all oversight on anything that isn't interstate commerce, international relations, or the common defense.
