Do any of you know know how many redemptions SKGR has had and how can I find that in the sec filings?

Friday morning, March 28, SKGR shareholders approved an extension from March 31, 2025 to June 22, 2025. SKGR has not filed an 8-K to disclose the results of that meeting; that 8-K would disclose any redemptions at that meeting.

"the redemption price per Public Share was approximately $11.69"; SKGR stock was trading around that level for the past month, so hard to tell how many redemptions might have occurred.

Then there will be today's business combination meeting, at 4 pm eastern time. There may be a number of redemptions at that meeting as well.

There were 9,732,960 shares subject to possible redemption as of December 31, 2024. That is after 323,637 Class A Ordinary Shares of the Company properly exercised their right to redeem their shares on September 27, 2024.

After the two meetings in the past few days, those numbers are likely to change.
