Integral Acquisition Corporation 1 Shareholders Approve Business Combination with Flybondi - OTC Pink: INTE INTEW

"In connection with the Meeting, stockholders holding an aggregate of 348,502 shares of Class A Common Stock included in the units sold in the Company’s initial public offering (the shares included in such units, the “Public Shares”) properly exercised their right to redeem their Public Shares for cash at a redemption price of approximately $11.27 per share (which amount is expected to be reduced as a result of the withdrawal of interest to pay taxes prior to payment of redemption amounts to stockholders), for an aggregate redemption amount of approximately $3.92 million. Following such redemptions, the Company will have 14,168 Public Shares issued and outstanding."

No estimated closing date.

TMC back in the news ... amazingly, they're simply ignoring the norms, which is the new norm: https://www.nytimes.com/2025/03/30/us/politics/trump-mining-metals-company.html

"Even nations like China, India, Poland and Norway — which have been more supportive of moving more quickly to start industrial-scale mining in international waters — have joined to object to the proposal by The Metals Company."

Bought a little hondw higher as a start. I got the idea it could be a winner just by the reaction of the common, but who knows. Netdw I own a small amount lower but again, I don't know. Bottom line - I don't know.

Honestly, on your place I would stay away of SPACs. Bear market is coming and warrants add risk. Unless you like black swans and red color everywhere in your portfolio.
