Long journey from 260 to 175
I’ve been on GLP-1 for 2 years now. I’m close to goal weight (if I’d stop going to In n Out might be there already!) Ten years ago vs today. I love this current version of me. I’m strong, all my vitals are healthy, T Levels are healthy, at age 50 I’m in the best shape of my life at 173 lbs. I’m feeling so confident that I’m actually going to compete in a Jiu Jitsu tournament! Stay focused! It’s a process. Yes the injections help put a little gas on it, but it’s still a process. (And yes for some it literally puts gas in the process! 💨🤪)

What does your diet look like on days you roll? I ask because I can't eat a damn thing before class on this stuff.

Usually have a big salad midday. With chicken breast. Or a Cobb salad. And I drink a ton of electrolytes.
