Gaining or not losing weight

4 weeks in on semaglutide and no weight loss actually may have gained 3 pounds .

Work in Florida heat , directional drilling 15 hour days digging and vigorous work and still not losing weight. 335 at start 338 currently. Eating normal changed some bad eating , but also dealing with extreme fatigue and short temperament … should I be concerned or do I let it run the course. I’m using life Md program,

It could take some time for semaglutide to show noticeable results, especially with the intense physical work you’re doing. Fatigue and irritability can also be side effects. If it continues or gets worse, it might be a good idea to check in with your doctor to see if adjustments are needed.

If you are still eating "normally' that's why you haven't lost any weight.

What I meant was like it’s not suppressing my hunger. But I also have changed my bad eating habits of over eating .

i would challenge yourself to really look at what you are eating. your "bad eating" is most likely pushing you over your calorie deficit, and undoing all the good you are doing. if you really put your all into eating well I promise you, you will be very sucessful.

Maybe you need to up your water intake? And some more fibers for your tummy.
