Back on the Wagon
After a year off of sema, I’m back on the wagon for the last 20lbs I need to lose. I forgot how horrible this is. Barely slept last night from the nausea. Woke up with a killer migraine. I took a Zofran which helped immensely but head is still killing me. Give me all the tips because I don’t remember being this nauseous last time. Thank you!

Try smaller meals, cold or bland foods, and stay super hydrated. Ginger chews or tea help too. Zofran’s good, but ask your doc if nausea keeps up. You got this!

Took some earlier. Do I need to be drinking them all day?

NO! Too many electrolytes can be harmful as too few. Zofran is your friend. Go down to smallest dose possible and adjust as you feel better. Everyone is different.
