Sulphur burps... Help!

I've been on the max dose of Semaglutide for about year now. The past 3 weeks, by Friday, I get the WORST sulphur burps. They last for a few days. It's like I'm farting from my mouth! I take 40mg omeprazole daily for acid reflux. I'm looking for a solution. It's so embarrassing when I'm taking care of my cancer patients. And my fiance is turned off by the foul odor.
