LOLOL, I need to keep my glasses on! My eyes crossed for a second from looking up at a video game momentarily and I swear, I thought you said after you eat grass. Like, wow, that’s valid like salad. 🥗

Oh man 100%.

I had to figure out my body's low blood sugar signals apart from hunger, because that's the one signal I'm not reliably getting anymore.

When I'm a little cranky, a little dissociated or checked out... It's tine for a protein snack.

I’m so glad I’m not the only one! I can never get to ’growling stomach’ hunger because I get to low blood sugar - I feel sick so much earlier! No one warned me about this particular issue, so I was a little worried when it happened. I’m familiar with the feeling as I’ve been hypoglycemic a good deal of my adult life, but with this - it comes on so suddenly and hits so hard, I just wasn’t expecting that!

Ugh yes. Has anyone else just found themselves feeling ravenously, pain-level hungry all of a sudden? That's happened to me a few times... very strange. Goes away as soon as I bite into something!

This is actually why I'm on Sema, I wasn't pre-diabetic but my whole life I've been really sensitive to blood sugar crashes and it made it really hard to lose weight because even when I ate lots of protein/fats I'd get blood sugar crashes. Now I can wait until my next meal really well, or eat small snacks and actually be satisfied and not overdo it

This is disturbingly accurate for me sometimes! I gotta pay more attention as prior to these meds I hadn't missed a meal since birth.

Yesterday I heard my stomach growl, but I did not feel hungry at all. I ate a scoop of peanut butter with apples. Don’t want to get to the point where I have to hear my body screaming at me for food lol

LOL The accuracy. This was me today. I've been on these meds for 8 months now and clearly I haven't figured it all out yet.
