Done losing - Maintenance Dose?
I’m just about done losing (5ish lbs to go) and I was wondering what you typically switch to if you want to stay on a maintenance dose and if you have to titrate down to it over a period of time. I’m on 1mg and stuck there because it was working for me. Never felt I needed to go higher. I’m considering staying on a micro dose if I can continue to get it.

Yes I’ve been on a maintenance dose for a year and a half. No need to titrate down on a medication like this. I had to play around with my dosing to see what worked for me as maintenance. Everyone is going to need something different based on their body, activity level, calorie intake, etc. There isn’t a one size fits all maintenance dose.

I did titrate down. I didn’t wanna go down too low and start gaining weight. So each week I went a little bit lower until I got to the point where I felt like I was eating a sustainable amount, and the food noise was still somewhat under control.
