Hit first goal!

Post image

SW: 195.5 HW: 200 CW: 174.8 GW: 140 5’4” 39F

I’m apparently a super responder and I’m thrilled. First shot was February 9th so it’s been right at two months with my ninth shot tomorrow. I feel so good—more energy, less inflammation that’s led to my arthritis symptoms being almost nothing at all, much more confidence. Minimal side effects while being very careful to eat clean. Getting a bit of crepey skin under my jaw but drowning it with moisturizer is helping.

My goal for the next month is to eat even more protein, drink even more water, and add in more strength training days alongside my hour of daily cardio.

This is the lowest my weight has been since college. Very happy :)

Great job!!! I am on a similar timeline and have been really happy so far too. (Need to get better about working out… ugh it’s hard with little kids.)

Keep kicking ass!

Nice! Hey number friend! I stumbled onto Omada through my insurance website and I love it. My bf stood on my scale last week and made a blip on my progress and I was SO pissed. My health coach deleted it for me, saved his life :)

My scale makes you have to physically sign in each time with your phone to the scale when you get one, which would have been nice to know when I got it because it wasn’t connecting at first and I thought it just didn’t work. Was about to send that hoe right back. 🤣
