Sometimes I feel low and then I look…
I was having a rough time with my weight loss over the last week just because during my menstrual week I’m typically bloated and there’s a lot of extra gunk going on and I tend to put on some weight numerically. But I’m super close to 40lbs now, (37lbs) and I’m trying to push towards that goal!
Sometimes it’s hard to see the new person you are but finally I’m being noticed at work for the change and that just feels really reassuring?
Anyway…here’s the before and after!

Besides being noticed by others, how’re you feeling in your body? I bet it probably feels amazing to have almost 40 lbs off your frame! That’s amazing! I gained a bunch of weight since covid, like 60 lbs and I just keep fantasizing about how nice it’ll feel to be light on my feet again once I shed this weight.

It feels good not only physically but mentally! A lot of my mental health was tied to my weight and appearance in such a negative way. And not to say you have to lose weight to feel beautiful, but it has helped me tremendously.
