Take Miralax regularly, once you've got the works flowing again. It has to be taken regularly to work but it works well and doesn't have the harsh side effects and cramping of the other laxatives.

Try magnesium citrate or a glass of prune juice followed by a glass of water (works really well)

Mag 07 is highly recommended in these groups for a reason. It works amazingly well, every time.

Walmart version of Miralax works great.

Suppository should work. Follow the directions. Good luck

I hope you get relief soon! Going forward, eat real fiber foods - barley, oats, veggies, berries, beans and legumes, even whole grains (unrefined). Those are much better for your system than fiber gummies and or additives.

Try yellow dragon fruit 🤞 I'm not really sure with the ibs tho. This just usually works for me.

So from my experience, I took magneium citrate capsules 2x/day & tried to up fiber/miralax I had some colonics/did some enemas while on it. that should be helpful. I saw you mentioning some thing about going to the ER but all that they will really do is give you an enema, save your coin!

One of my besties is a gastro nurse. She recommended miralax 3 times a day to stay regular. I personally have had good luck with 1 dulcolax soft chew a day. The key is to not let yourself get this constipated. Stay on top of it enough to have a bowel movement every other day.

Try an enema again and hold it in as long as you can. Additionally, look into learning about and doing coffee enemas. Remember to also hydrate with electrolytes as well. 💖
