Sharing the best litterbox IMO
I've had this litterbox for 2 years, and it's pretty much the best option for a trucking setup. I keep the scooper in a plastic bag in the door cup holder, which keeps things cleaner. If the bag gets gross, I change it out for a fresh one. The litter amount they track out of that is very manageable. Photo of the side sticker is included, so people can search and find one if they want. I'm not brand affiliated, just want to help!

Advice for getting into trucking with two cats?
Hello! I'm actually looking for a way to be able to keep my two cats while I go through CDL training and mentorship. I don't have any family or friends who would be able to look after them while I'm getting set up, and it would just about kill me to lose my girls - one of them is my trucker cat from before I voluntarily downgraded, and the other is a new addition that bonded to us both.
Previously, my Luna stayed with my ex while I was training, but due to a falling-out, we no longer talk. So how do or did you balance keeping your cat(s) while going through training?
*I live in East TN and would be going through TN Truck Driving School because I'm broke AF and can't wait for a grant process to finish.

Never again will a certain someone's mistake be made, I made it very clear to them & even they were happy/relieved to see him again & our suffering have a happy ending. Thank you to those who sent love our way. Thank you to the mods of this subreddit for doing what you do as well & stepping up!

Siamese wrongfully given away
Unfortunately, my mother who is living in my home, took the wrong cat to be surrendered at a shelter in/near fort Meyers, florida & apparently gave him to a trucker waiting outside the rescue/shelter today 3/19/2025. Not that we wanted to surrender any of them, but he wasn't one of the ones that was agreed upon to go. It was hard enough surrendering any...My husband & I really want him back home. Please help us find him!

Peterbilt 579 owners how do you have it arranged so the cat can reach the top bunk?
It has a ladder but im not quite sure if my cat would be comfortable with that, and it looks like its a hard jump for a cat, 2024

The newest trucker cat 🐈🧡
Adopted this 5 year old fiv+ boy last week. He was formerly a stray tomcat. He was found roughed up pretty good and was treated for his scrappy injuries and neutered last month. He's only been on the truck a week and I am flabbergasted at how well and how quickly he's adapted to truck life. By the second day, popping the brakes and bumping docks didn't phase him one bit. The biggest love bug. 🧡🤍

Truck Panther Attack!
A certain truck panther woke me up with a vicious attack! Now she’s acting all cute and innocent. Stepped on my head with a vengeance!

Young cat vs kitten
I'm looking at getting a cat to go on the truck with me. Would a kitten be better than getting a young cat(under 1 yr)? I figure it'd be better cause a young cat might not be able to get used to driving in a truck all the time but a kitten would just grow up thinking it's normal. I'll be in a 72" cascadia while working. I plan on taking the next month or so off to get it used to me and take it for rides in my personal truck before boarding the semi truck

Lexxi went Full Loaf mode.
Lots of purrs and next thing I realized was my cat went Full Loaf - well over 9000.

Lexxi finally got a chance to get out of the truck (it's been very cold) and immediately rolled in some dirt 👍

Seeking advice on crossing into Canada
Hello wonderful world of Reddit!!!
I hope all of you are all having fun this winter!
Alright, fellow road warriors, I need some guidance. I’ve been running loads all over the U.S., but now I’ve got my first trip into Canada coming up. Problem is, I have a very important (and very opinionated) passenger—my trucker cat.
Now, I know I need paperwork to cross, but what about my little dude? I don’t want to roll up to the border and have them tell me he’s gotta stay behind... Just to pester me even more than usual when he's home...
So, for those of you who’ve done this before:
What do I need for myself and my freight to cross into the Great Canada and get back without any issues?
What’s the cat situation—does he need a passport, a vet note, or just a good alibi?
Any unexpected curveballs I should be ready for at the border?
Basically, I just want to make sure I don’t get stuck in No Man’s Land with a confused customs agent and a judgmental cat. Any tips or stories would be much appreciated!
Aaaand of course, I've added the obligatory photo of the lad 🙃
