No OP, but I believe that's a Tractive mini camera for collars. Cost about $50.

Looks that way to me, too. I just bought one for my dog and one of my cats. Really inexpensive for the features!

thanks for the concern but it’s very light weight and her safety is #1 priority, she also doesn’t keep it on 24/7 it’s more of whenever we have to get in/out of the truck. It was actually taken off shortly after this picture was taken as we had just stopped at a truck stop before getting stuck in traffic. I make sure she isn’t in it too much because i do imagine it can’t be super comfortable for her. :)
