Transfer Housing

Hey, I’ll be a junior transferring to UGA this fall and was wondering what off-campus housing you’d recommend. I’m currently deciding between The Haven and Abbey West, so any advice would be appreciated! My main concern is whether either place has a bad bug problem.

It seems like almost all the off-campus housing that won't cost your firstborn child has at least a few insectiod pets that come with the apartment

The Haven. It's really new.

I liked the haven for my daughter but she elected something a bit more close to campus. That area where haven is has a lot of road construction right now. Just pls be sure you are looking for parking. Getting to campus can be hard and parking nearly impossible. Hopefully they have a shuttle.
