My socks always wear out in the exact same place! A mix of darning loom and just regular old darning. I don't know what the circles are called!

really cool! are they still comfy to wear when they're mended like this? i can imagine feeling the mended parts under the balls of my feet all day but tbf i toe walk (autism)

Yes they can cause what I refer to as Sensory Bad Time. I usually wear mended socks in shoes or slippers, but not just around the house because then I can feel the difference in texture.

My siblings are amazed I can tolerate it at all 😂😂
