There’s a comment in there about how Trump is doing this to Canada to make a nationalist swing and nationalists lean conservative so we elect a conservative government — lmao what. It’s literally the exact opposite. Before Trump became president, the chance of us electing a conservative majority was literally 99%. It’s dropped to 32% since. It’s still dropping. Trump has been poison for the conservative campaign. We might even end up with a liberal government and that would have been nearly impossible 2 months ago.
Not only is this true but even Alberta is taking. Along hard look at the conservatives. The Maple MAGAs are a very small majority, vocal and obnoxious, but small.
