Oh I agree the damage is done and will be lasting. This isn’t shattered confidence because of Trump alone, its shattered confidence that the US population can elect competent leaders. Even if the next administration is friendlier these relationships will take a loooong time to mend.
I don’t agree. There are too many times a world leader has expressed how they do not hold the American people in contempt as they do DJ & Musk. The world would love us to ‘move on as quickly as possible’ from our government leaders.
This IS Trump & Elon’s pot of mess alone, and the world acknowledges that.
