“Oh no! He’s doing exactly what he said he would do and now my retirement is fucked!”

-Boomers who deserve all this and more

Not sure we can only blame the boomers. The majority of gen z men voted for Trump, believe it or not

Boomers actually voted more for Harris than Biden, because they were bothered by Trump's criminality.

Gen X, however, are true hitlerites who caused this.

I'm a Xennial and Gen X is absolutely psychotic politically.

No they didn't.

If anything millennials swung harder. But even then it wasn't by much.

They did. Please look up the statistics

No they didn't the nearest I can find is an exit poll (CNN) that puts them at 49% for making them the lowest approval rating for males by any age. The next step up is (30 - 39) millennials, and then middle age men who swung the hardest. Even then most polls seem to place them around mid to high 50's. The only group I've seen above 60 is men near retirement age, so its not as huge as people make it out to be.

It is also worth noting Gen Z is roughly 13 - 29 so roughly a third of them can't even vote yet.

Pushing down on Gen Z is just silly.

It looks like you shared an AMP link. These should load faster, but AMP is controversial because of concerns over privacy and the Open Web.

Maybe check out the canonical page instead: https://thehill.com/opinion/campaign/5134296-gen-z-men-voting-trump/

"While the validated voter files will give us a more precise picture of how young people voted later this spring, a post-election survey by my organization found that 58 percent of Gen Z men"

That same link, https://www.prri.org/research/analyzing-the-2024-presidential-vote-prris-post-election-survey/, doesn't seem to have anything listing a break down by age. So honestly I'm not sure where they are drawing that conclussion

Here is the exit polls done by CNN

https://www.cnn.com/election/2024/exit-polls/national-results/general/president/0

And filtered by men.

https://www.cnn.com/election/2024/exit-polls/national-results/general/president/20

Which among other things clearly shows a number of 49% for that age demo

Please get me anything other than an exit poll. We are 5 months past the election, why are you using an exit poll. Every source I can find has a massive gender gap for gen z voters, with males heavily skewing towards Trump.

You gave me a "Post-Election Survey".

You're own source, the one you just posted, has this fine print:

"The survey was designed and conducted by PRRI. The survey was conducted among a representative sample of 5,772 adults (age 18 and up) living in all 50 states in the United States, who are part of Ipsos’s KnowledgePanel. Interviews were conducted online between November 8 and December 2, 2024. "

What was that about 5 months?

The same source that doesn't seem to be listing any age demographic information.
