Yall I can’t stop farting

I have been having gas pains and take gasx but it’s not something I want to take all the time. Anyone tips? I’m on 1mg and it’s only been from this dosage I’ve had this.

I'm right there with ya! Gas x doesn't take the farts away, just helps them come out. But. I. Can't. Stop. It's so frustrating! Will I always be like this? What if I want to get married one day? Uh hubby, I gotta tell you about this problem I have.... So embarrassing!
